We are looking to build out our Customer Sales function with an experienced Enterprise Account Manager
As an Enterprise Account Manager you will take a strategic approach to the expansion of existing Red Points customers, maximising deal size and NRR
Your account base will comprise some of Red Points largest customers that span multiple industries from Fashion and Sports to Financial Services and Software
You will leverage your experience in Account management to establish new senior stakeholders and cement relationships with decision makers and economic buyers
Collaboration with our Customer Success team is a core part of this role in order to develop cross-sell opportunities and be able to forecast accurately on a monthly and quarterly basis
Responsible for driving revenue growth through expansion into Enterprise customer base
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the sales leadership team
Manage a large portfolio of clients through strategic engagements in order to detect growth opportunities
Pipeline and Forecasting accuracy
Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions
Cross-Functional collaboration to drive and develop effective sales strategies
Stakeholder Management: Decision Makers, Economic Buyers and Champions
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities affecting customers
Requirements:

5+ Years Sales Experience
Proven track record in driving and closing six figure ARR expansion sales cycles
Experience selling in multiple regions and executing global deals
Proven experience working within the SaaS, Digital, or tech/software industry
Experience in conducting sales meetings online and in person with C-level/VP executives
Experience using Sales Tools (SFDC & Clari)
Fluent in English
Background and/or knowledge of Intellectual Property and Brand protection
Another language is a plus
