Andela is looking for an Account Executive to join this newly established team!
As a key member of our sales organization, you’ll play an invaluable role in Andela’s growth strategy
You’ll be an individual contributor focusing solely on new business, working with your SDR partner to penetrate and generate opportunities within your territory
You will work with Enterprise level companies by educating them on Andela and recommending solutions based on specific use cases
Our demand generation team will also support you with marketing materials and programs to generate interest that you and your SDR will work to qualify but you should expect to generate the majority of your own opportunities
You will own the full sales cycle from lead to close
Work closely with CTOs, CIOs, & CPOs as well as other Engineering, IT, & Product leaders
You will foster new relationships from outbound efforts
Help educate customers on the value of Andela
You will initiate, negotiate and close new contracts with customers
You will communicate and organize/escalate issues appropriately including Talent, Marketing, Legal, Security etc
You will prepare and educate customers on new products and services
Provide recommendations based on customer’s business needs and usage patterns

6+ years of Enterprise Account Executive experience
Proven track record in quota attainment with documented success
Relevant sales experience, preferably in a professional services organization
Experience managing a pipeline and closing large contracts with large enterprise organizations
Excellent communication skills both with customers and within an organization
Shown negotiation and closing skills
Consistent track record of navigating within large organizations
Ability to develop senior-level relationships quickly and effectively
Experience presenting to senior managers and the C-suite
Ability to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously at various stages of the buying process
Takes an active interest in increasing customer satisfaction and deepening customer relationships
Ability to be flexible and adaptive
Experience with enterprise professional services vendors preferred
Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
Experience with Enterprise accounts in the sector of Financial Services, Healthcare, Media, CPG, Technology
