We are looking for an Associate Account Manager to support our Brand & Strategic Partnerships Teams
This role will be crucial in growing existing and high-opportunity partnerships through performance metric analysis and strategic growth recommendations
You will also be responsible for real-time assessments and post-campaign wrap reports
Partner Relationship Management: Serve as the main contact for a subset of MagicLinks brand partners, including direct partners, affiliate network contacts, or agencies. Advocate for partners internally and ensure their needs are met
Campaign Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance in real-time, providing actionable insights and making data-driven adjustments to optimize performance and ROI
Content Strategy and Collaboration: Identify and address gaps in content and campaign strategies, collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to implement effective solutions
Reporting and Proposals: Proactively prepare business reviews, proposals, & campaign wrap reports using internal reporting tools. Lead discussions and presentations to secure renewals and drive continued partnership success
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization to support overall partnership growth and success, ensuring alignment and cohesive execution of strategies
Requirements:
2-3+ years of account management, business development, digital partnerships, affiliate marketing, or related industry experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Technical Skills: You are proficient in Excel and Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Slides), and have experience with data analytics platforms such as Tableau. Your technical expertise allows you to manage and analyze data efficiently

Leadership Interaction: You have experience working with marketing and executive leaders within client organizations, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions that meet their strategic goals
Presentation Skills & Client Engagement: You possess strong presentation skills, capable of delivering compelling presentations and addressing client inquiries with confidence, providing clear and accurate insights that build trust and rapport
