As a Senior Sales Executive, Netherlands you will play a leading role in the region's commercial success by finding, selling and closing new business opportunities. You will be part of an experienced, driven and inclusive team that is changing the face of payments by unlocking Instant, Account-to-Account payments and payouts
Build a strong pipeline within your territory plan, identifying and engaging with all relevant merchants and stakeholders
Leverage your professional and personal network to get a foot in the door and accelerate sales cycles
Happy with building prospecting lists and working closely with our Head of Benefra and CCO to define and execute a playbook that delivers new business within agreed timescales for your territory plan
Pitch Brite’s product portfolio (Instant Payments, Instant Payouts, Data Solutions), tailoring it to your prospects needs and being able to explain how our solutions are differentiated from our competitors
Use our CRM tool (Salesforce) to accurately input data, track and manage your opportunities daily
Deliver exceptional buying experiences to your prospects, representing the challenger spirit of Brite through a high integrity & open availability approach
You are a communicator who can explain complex topics in an easily understandable way
A successful candidate will
Demonstrate how to qualify the right prospects and focus their time for maximum impact i.e. discovery calls that fit our ICP leading to value selling
Explain how they can influence key stakeholders (from the economic buyer to champions)
Show how they have executed an effective sales strategy in the past, supported by detailed examples
Speak about how they have successfully communicated technical payment solutions to prospects in the past leading to a won opportunity
Exhibit how they have worked a sales cycle from first contact to live
Requirements:
We are looking for individuals with a proven sales track record of winning new business and achieving ambitious targets with enterprise merchants in The Netherlands. This role requires a critical understanding of merchant needs and payment challenges, who can translate these into a clear and compelling sales motion
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in payments and with an existing professional network within one or more of our target verticals, these include but are not limited to: E-commerce / Financial Services & Insurance / Digital Platforms / Travel and mobility
5 + years of sales experience within a payments, fintech, banking leader
Proficient in sales methodologies, multi-threaded sales and value selling
Experienced selling to Enterprise merchants
Ability to outbound themselves in a efficient and scalable way
Diligent with forecasting, data and pricing
Salesforce & commercial tooling experience
Great presentation and communication skills
Fluent in Dutch and English
