Requirements:
We are looking for roughly a 50% fit with for what we ask. The other 50% is a surprise to us, it is the magic you bring to the table and the diversity in which you make us grow
Ideally, you have 2-4 years of software engineering experience with a full-stack focus
You are proficient in designing systems from the user frontend to backend compute
Experienced in deploying solutions on Azure or another cloud service provider (we use Azure)
Knowledgeable in building scalable services, containerized solutions, and application monitoring
Expertise in either Python or C# for backend development, and experience with a JavaScript frontend framework like React
Skilled in advanced backend topics such as caching, load balancing, and concurrency; familiar with domain-driven design principles
You have worked in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up and keep a cool head when stakeholders' demands change
