Senior Partnerships Manager

Overview

Responsibilities

  • As our Senior Partnerships Manager, your primary mission and focus revolves around crafting and cultivating impactful relationships with relevant partners to support in driving partner generated revenue growth
  • By leveraging your expertise in the SaaS or Contact Center industries, you will proactively identify and engage with partners, showcasing the Parloa value proposition and the mutually beneficial opportunities our collaboration can unlock
  • You will also contribute to the development of the Parloa Partner Program in the US, ensuring our partnerships align with our business goals and priorities
  • Working hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams across regions – from sales and marketing to technical experts – you'll ensure a seamless integration of partner initiatives into our overarching strategy
  • Develop and execute a long-term vision and strategy for the relevant partners
  • Identify and qualify potential new partners and determine the best program fit for them
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, including regular communication and engagement
  • Leverage your existing executive network and c-level contacts in the partnership ecosystem to drive successful partnerships
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure program success, identify trends, and optimize program performance
  • Manage complex projects, including developing and executing plans, tracking progress, and managing timelines
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to drive partner success
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the partner program
  • Collaborate with legal teams to negotiate and finalize partnership agreements and contracts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Must have experience working in the Business to Business (B2B) SaaS Industry
  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships management experience required
  • Experience working with relevant parners in the industry
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to make informed decisions
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving results
  • A strong technical affinity and a solid understanding of technology trends and innovations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
