You’ll be responsible for all brand campaigns from strategy concept through to execution
You’ll be the lead on the creative studio – ensuring that they are delivering consistent, high-quality content for all parts of the business, nothing goes out without your stamp of approval
Working closely with the Head of Brand, you’ll establish and execute a brand plan, budget, and KPIs. This involves ensuring the brand strategy is clearly understood by all external agencies and internal team members
You'll analyse and optimise brand strategies, maintain consistent messaging across all communications, and collaborate with the Growth Marketing Manager for a seamless brand experience across various channels
Requirements:
You can learn what makes our customers tick, why they use us and why they come back
You can comfortably work cross-departmentally with Customer Service and Insights to unlock understanding around customer behaviour to allow us to push further to be more sophisticated in our segmentation and targeting
You have experience developing people’s skills to get the best out of them
You have experience working with national, well-known brands, ideally in a digital space
You have worked across a range of marketing channels, from content and social, to email and affiliate marketing
You thrive working in a team environment, pushing boundaries to get the best creative, but as also comfortable working on your own to deliver against the brief
