This role throws you into the world of entrepreneurship - giving you a product, a market and the resources to work within a team to create something you can call your own
Example responsibilities include creating data work flows to build and present meaningful metrics for out clients and the wider business, working with internal and external stakeholders to understand which data metrics have the most value to them, working with internal stakeholders to build marketing and sales channels for your business unit, working closely with the current founders to take the business from concept to fully operational - all without the blood sweat and tears of going solo and starting something off on your own
In this role, we want someone to make it their own - so you will be living that start up dream and learning every day - focused on getting the business into a profitable position - without having to go through the pain barrier of where to start, raising capital, reporting to investors etc etc
You’ll gain first-hand experience of how to take a product/service offering from concept to market - with insight into all the financial considerations along the way
Requirements:
Entrepreneurial spirit, with a keen interest in starting their own business in the future
We use a CRM platform called Ezekia on the executive search side – while we are not expecting you to have experience with this, an understanding of CRM’s would also be a plus
Ability to use their initiative with minimal supervision
Comfortable working in dynamic environment juggling multiple tasks
Continuously curious about business, looking at every process, opportunity and challenge with a entrepreneurial eye
You're a strong communicator capable of justifying decisions, proposing new ideas and challenging the status quo
You will have experience of working with Data and have a real deep routed passion for it and enjoy using it to tell a story using strong visual tools
You will be comfortable with working with Excel, VBA, SQL, Power BI
Be interested in and have an understanding of tech and how this can be used to enhance processes – light coding skills (Python) will be considered a plus
