Marketing Manager

Overview

Responsibilities

  • Product marketing: Develop materials such as one-pagers, case studies (including interviewing clients) and presentations to support sales with driving new pipeline. Coordinate with Product, Sales and Operations to create and manage the communication around new feature launches, customer go-lives and updates from Konfir to prospects and our existing customers.
  • Content: With support from leadership manage the development of white papers, newsletters, guides, and blogs, ensuring consistency with Konfir’s brand and interests of our audience. Create and maintain a comprehensive library of marketing assets, including presentations, videos, infographics filled with data and statistics, and other promotional materials.
  • Automation and communication: Be the go-to person for our Marketing Automation and CRM database: HubSpot. Manage outbound email campaigns to prospects, including setting up automation workflows and sequences to nurture leads. Develop and send regular client updates on performance metrics and new features, enhancing customer engagement.
  • Campaign and event management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns via social media (LinkedIn) and third parties. Coordinate and support the execution of webinars, events, and other marketing activities, ensuring alignment with Sales and Product. Monitor, experiment with, and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights.
  • Market research and analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform marketing activity and content development.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in a marketing role, preferably from a startup/ SaaS background
  • Experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, from planning to execution and analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, for writing content, developing collateral and for collaborating with other teams on projects
  • Experience using HubSpot or similar automation and CRM tools
  • A thoughtful, analytical approach to identifying key product trends and crafting compelling narratives
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle projects and deadlines
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
  • A flexible and opportunistic approach to figuring things out and get stuff done
  • An energetic and enthusiastic solutions attitude to tackling new projects or problems to be solved
