Overview

Responsibilities

  • The Executive Assistant to the CEO and President provides management support through execution of critical administrative functions on behalf of the two most senior leaders of the firm
  • This role demands strong organizational skills and discretion to handle sensitive information professionally
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and President, ensuring alignment with their priorities
  • Coordinate and manage complex travel logistics to facilitate efficient decision-making
  • Builds and strengthens relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including board members, enhancing organizational relationships and alignment
  • Move to act swiftly and manage critical communications and last-minute support as needed on organizational
  • Proactively manage executive calendars, prioritizing appointments and minimizing scheduling conflicts to maximize productivity
  • Help each executive stay organized and on top of any direct follow-ups
  • Support expense management for the CEO and President in alignment with budget
  • Assist with audits by sourcing documentation and addressing compliance-related requests
  • Develop cost-effective and policy-compliant travel plans for CEO and President

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives in dynamic, high-growth environments
  • Outstanding organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, and Ramp
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Knowledge of financial services or investment management industry
  • Expertise in bookkeeping and budgeting
