The Executive Assistant to the CEO and President provides management support through execution of critical administrative functions on behalf of the two most senior leaders of the firm
This role demands strong organizational skills and discretion to handle sensitive information professionally
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and President, ensuring alignment with their priorities
Coordinate and manage complex travel logistics to facilitate efficient decision-making
Builds and strengthens relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including board members, enhancing organizational relationships and alignment
Move to act swiftly and manage critical communications and last-minute support as needed on organizational
Proactively manage executive calendars, prioritizing appointments and minimizing scheduling conflicts to maximize productivity
Help each executive stay organized and on top of any direct follow-ups
Support expense management for the CEO and President in alignment with budget
Assist with audits by sourcing documentation and addressing compliance-related requests
Develop cost-effective and policy-compliant travel plans for CEO and President
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives in dynamic, high-growth environments
Outstanding organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in tools such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, and Ramp
Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities
Knowledge of financial services or investment management industry
Expertise in bookkeeping and budgeting
