Business Support Manager

Overview

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the office to ensure a well-organized and efficient working environment
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, liaising with vendors and service providers as needed
  • Coordinate office logistics, including meeting room bookings, event planning, and visitor management
  • Implement and maintain office systems, processes, and procedures to enhance productivity
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and act as the main point of contact for office-related matters
  • Executive Assistance
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate and plan key meetings and company events, including internal communications
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Business Administration
  • Manage and oversee a varied number of administrative processes to support business operations
  • Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting where required
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and support different teams and finance to provide administrative, procurement and supplier related tasks
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems to support business continuity
  • Plan and complete required business and commercial administrative processes relating to the business as a whole, operation in venues procurement
  • Work with multiple platforms and external bodies, leveraging their expertise to ensure tasks are completed on time, budget and to remain compliant
  • Support HR and contract administration
  • Policies and Procedures
  • Develop, implement, and maintain company policies and procedures to ensure best practices
  • Regularly review and update policies to align with business needs and regulatory requirements

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, professional and clear in verbal and written communication
  • Naturally tenacious with a problem solving and improvement mindset, able to identify inefficiencies and suggest better ways of working
  • Operates with discretion and professionalism, capable of handling confidential information with sensitivity. Trustworthy, particularly when supporting the CEO and senior leadership
  • Business and commercial acumen, understanding of budgets, comfortable working with multiple platforms and external stakeholders
  • Adaptability and able to work in a fast-paced environment, thrives in a dynamic setting, capable of balancing routine tasks with urgent, high-impact responsibilities
