Head of Inbound Growth Marketing

Overview

Responsibilities

  • The Head of Inbound Growth Marketing will drive inbound acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, using GTM tools and managing all inbound marketing strategies
  • You will oversee SEO, SEA, and content strategies while collaborating closely with the sales and product teams to generate qualified leads, optimize conversion, and increase brand visibility
  • Develop and execute cross-channel inbound acquisition strategies (SEO, SEA, Content) to generate MQLs/SQLs
  • Leverage AI-driven GTM tools to optimize campaigns and automate processes
  • Collaborate with sales to refine lead quality, messaging, and positioning
  • Oversee external experts to execute SEO and SEA strategies, ensuring high search rankings through optimized on-page and technical SEO and effective paid campaigns
  • Track performance for improved ROAS
  • Build Checkstep’s presence on LinkedIn to increase brand awareness and attract leads
  • Create thought leadership content to establish Checkstep as an authority in Trust & Safety
  • Manage partnerships and co-marketing initiatives to drive leads and enhance brand visibility
  • Oversee reputation management on platforms like G2
  • Lead website development to improve conversion rates, ensuring alignment with SEO and CRO strategies
  • Track KPIs using HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Semrush, Lemlist, and report monthly on campaign effectiveness
  • Lead a small, high-performing team of experts and manage the inbound budget
  • Work closely with the CEO, Head of Product, and sales team to align inbound with company goals

Requirements:

  • Self-starter and motivated doer with a track record of success in small, growing teams
  • Experienced in inbound marketing, lead generation, and RevOps
  • Experience using GTM tools like Clay, Lemlist, Trigify, and RB2B
  • Background in SEO, SEA, content marketing, and lead nurturing
  • Experience scaling campaigns in both European and US markets
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
  • Familiar with Trust & Safety, cybersecurity, or compliance sectors
