Senior CRM Manager

Overview

Responsibilities

  • As the Senior CRM Manager, you will be the champion of creating and delivering CRM growth across both B2C and B2B for Motors.co.uk, Cazoo.co.uk and the Cazoo app
  • You will establish the key building blocks for growth, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing the CRM Manager, budgets and suppliers whilst driving performance reporting to optimise every opportunity to deliver against business objectives
  • As a CRM/CXP expert, you will be confident in using the latest tools and systems, including Bloomreach (or equivalent CXP - required) and Salesforce’s Pardot (or equivalent - required), and will lead projects across both web and app, including the delivery of a comprehensive push notification strategy
  • Develop and execute B2C and B2B CRM strategies that align with company OKRs, driving consumer leads to dealers, dealer acquisition & retention and revenue growth
  • Work closely with key internal stakeholders to execute strategy and unlock value
  • Oversee the CRM budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources, managing relationships with external suppliers, RFPs for new suppliers and driving for cost-efficiency
  • Provide regular performance reports to the business, offering insights and data-driven recommendations for growth
  • Working with the Legal department to ensure data management requirements are upheld and advising on better ways of working to ensure robust compliance
  • Become the CRM champion within the business by keeping up to date with current tools functionality (i.e Bloomreach and Salesforce/Pardot), as well as emerging tools and trends. Ensure the tools meet business needs and drive CRM effectiveness
  • Develop and oversee the push notification strategy & implementation for the all-new Cazoo app, optimising for engagement and conversions
  • Lead and manage the CRM Manager, providing guidance and support to ensure the function delivers on objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in both B2C and B2B CRM strategy development and execution
  • Deep knowledge of CRM/CXP platforms such as Bloomreach, Pardot, or similar tools
  • Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM efforts across the business
  • Experience managing CRM budgets and supplier relationships
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills to evaluate performance and make recommendations
  • Strong communication skills to present findings and influence key stakeholders
  • Experience in managing people and evidence of driving continuous improvement
  • Embraces change and thrives in an ambitious business with high growth targets
  • Experience of setting up a CRM function and leading it to growth
  • 5+ years CRM experience
  • Deep understanding of CRM strategy and alignment to business OKR’s
  • Working experience with CXP’s such as Bloomreach (or equivalent tools)
  • Working experience with Salesforce’s Pardot (or equivalent tools)
