Sales Development Representative

Overview

Responsibilities

  • A hands-on outbound role. You’ll be responsible for identifying, researching, and reaching out to high-potential prospects, qualifying them, and booking calls for our leadership team.
  • Building weekly prospect lists
  • Making outbound calls
  • Writing and sending personalised emails
  • Suggesting content ideas for multi-channel outreach
  • Managing follow-ups and handling replies
  • Keeping everything tracked and organised
  • Working closely with the leadership team to align messaging and targets
  • Constantly refining based on what’s working - this is not a “copy/paste and hope” job

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years in an outbound sales, lead gen, or SDR role (in-house or freelance)
  • High level of professional intelligence
  • Highly articulate, with excellent written English
  • Familiar with LinkedIn, email outreach tools, and CRMs
  • Methodical and persistent - you don’t drop the ball
  • Self-starting and energetic - we’ll back you, but you’ll run your own show
