A hands-on outbound role. You’ll be responsible for identifying, researching, and reaching out to high-potential prospects, qualifying them, and booking calls for our leadership team.
Building weekly prospect lists
Making outbound calls
Writing and sending personalised emails
Suggesting content ideas for multi-channel outreach
Managing follow-ups and handling replies
Keeping everything tracked and organised
Working closely with the leadership team to align messaging and targets
Constantly refining based on what’s working - this is not a “copy/paste and hope” job
Requirements:
1 to 3 years in an outbound sales, lead gen, or SDR role (in-house or freelance)
High level of professional intelligence
Highly articulate, with excellent written English
Familiar with LinkedIn, email outreach tools, and CRMs
Methodical and persistent - you don’t drop the ball
Self-starting and energetic - we’ll back you, but you’ll run your own show
