We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-focused Account Manager to join our Unmanaged Accounts team. This high-impact role leans into high-volume outbound calling and rapid relationship building, helping clients unlock the value of our platform
You’ll nurture existing relationships, welcome new clients, and uncover growth opportunities using our diverse food solutions. Success will be defined by your ability to engage decision-makers, offer tailored solutions, and convert interest into repeat business
Make regular, high-quality outbound calls to clients from provided contact lists, aiming to exceed 100+ connected client calls per month
Develop rapport quickly with decision-makers, understanding their catering needs and delivering real value
Match clients with the right catering partners and services using a consultative, benefit-led approach
Confidently work on larger deals, leveraging strong relationships to get them over the line and maximize customer spend
Train customers to use the Just Eat for Business platform effectively, ensuring they’re confident and self-sufficient, including potential on-site meetings
Share relevant insights with your Team Lead to inform planning and strategy for your segment
Use HubSpot and other tools to manage accounts, track interactions, and monitor performance
Support other account managers and coach Junior AMs, aiming to be a dependable go-to AM for the Unmanaged team
Bring energy, positivity, and a can-do spirit to a dynamic team that celebrates success and supports one another
Reporting to: Account Management Lead
Requirements:
Previous experience in a sales, account management, or customer success role is strongly preferred
Outstanding communication skills, comfortable having meaningful conversations via phone/video, email, and in-person; persuasive and confident
A natural people-person with high emotional intelligence who knows how to turn connections into commercial wins
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, juggling priorities while staying detail-oriented
Commercially minded with an understanding of value drivers and a hunger to convert opportunities into results
Comfortable using Google Suite, Excel, and CRM platforms like HubSpot
A team player who uplifts those around them and contributes to a fun, supportive team environment
